What payment methods are accepted?
Fantommind uses Polar as the payment processor, which supports all major credit/debit cards and local payment methods including Vietnamese payment options. Billing is in USD.
Can I run Fantommind on multiple machines?
Each license is bound to one machine at a time. To switch machines, deactivate your current machine from the Polar customer portal, then activate on the new one. Multi-machine plans are planned for v1.1.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
You supply your own API keys for Gemini, Claude, or OpenAI. Fantommind never proxies your LLM calls — requests go directly from your machine to the AI provider. This keeps costs transparent and data private.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free tier for the desktop app. You can explore the Demo page to see the interface before purchasing. If the app does not work on your system within 7 days, contact support for a refund.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from the Polar customer portal at /account. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period, then the machine is deactivated automatically.
Do you store my automation data?
No. All run data, profiles, and results are stored in a local SQLite database on your machine. Fantommind only contacts Polar's API for license validation at startup.
